A few minutes a day can reduce tightness, improve mobility, decrease nerve irritation, reduce morning stiffness, and correct posture.

The Backbridge should become a part of your daily routine. Place the Backbridge on the floor or a bed. The highest point on the top of the Backbridge should between your shoulder blades. It should never hurt and feel like a solid, comfortable stretch. We recommend starting with level 1 and slowly working up to using all five levels. We recommend 2-4 weeks of regular use on each level group before progressing to the next level. For maximum stretch, your arms should be placed on the floor straight above your head or you can cross your hands across your chest.

Use the Backbridge 2 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes in the evening everyday.

This product is a life saver. I had wrecked my back from being hunched over a computer at work.
