Here is a quick YouTube video to help.

The Backbridge should become a part of your daily routine. Place the Backbridge on the floor or a bed.  The highest point on the top of the Backbridge should between your shoulder blades.  It should never hurt and feel like a solid, comfortable stretch.  We recommend starting with level 1 and slowly working up to level five.

The Backbridge can also be used in numerous other stretching positions, in a yoga poses and a pilates exercises.  More details can be found in THE ULTIMATE BACKBRIDGE STRETCH BOOK.  E-book is sold together or seperate with the Backbridge. You can purchase a hard copy of the book on Amazon.
